These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of squeezclean.com, the Stain Genius tool, and any purchase of SQUEEZ CLEAN products (together, the "Services"), provided by WowWorks Labs LLC ("WowWorks Labs," "SQUEEZ CLEAN," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and Safe Use

SQUEEZ CLEAN is a concentrated cleaning product. Always follow the directions and dilution guidance on the label and on our website. Keep the concentrate out of reach of children and pets, avoid contact with eyes, do not drink, and test on a small hidden area before using on delicate or unfamiliar surfaces. Results vary by surface, stain, and use. You are responsible for using the product as directed.

3. Stain Genius and Website Content

Stain Genius, our How It Works page, Home Hacks, the Squeez Chart, and other content are provided for general guidance only. Cleaning results depend on the material, age of the stain, and other factors we cannot control. Always spot test first. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces or items that results from using any cleaning guidance.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors, even after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you. Payment is processed securely by our e-commerce and payment providers at checkout. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, free gift offers, and discount codes are valid only while supplies last and under the terms stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes are single use, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscribe and save option, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel. You can skip, change, or cancel a subscription through the link in your subscription emails or by contacting us before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect for future orders that have not yet been processed.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to make it right.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@squeezclean.com within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and, where approved, issue a refund or replacement to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. For safety reasons, opened concentrate may need to be disposed of rather than returned; we will tell you how to proceed.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and share it in connection with SQUEEZ CLEAN, including in marketing. You confirm that your content is truthful, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

The SQUEEZ CLEAN name, logos, label designs, Stain Genius, website content, images, videos, and graphics are owned by or licensed to WowWorks Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with the site's operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, using the Services for unlawful purposes, or reselling our products without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WowWorks Labs and its owners, partners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or property, arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WowWorks Labs and its owners, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or products or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
